Apply Now! We are seeking a Site Manager for a construction project in NW9. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and deliver successful project outcomes.
The start date is ASAP, with the contract running for 3 Months
* Oversee daily site operations, ensuring health and safety standards are maintained and work progresses according to programme.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Must have civils / groundworks experience.
* Must have exceptional under pinning experience.
* Previous experience as a Site Manager in the Civils / groundwork sector
* Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card.
* Strong organisational skills, leadership ability, and effective communication skills.
Rates are negotiable based on experience, with a standard shift pattern aligned with project demands.
