Rota Nanny – South East London –

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Rota Nanny to join a warm, high-profile family based in South East London. The family is seeking a dedicated nanny to care for their school-aged children on a 1 week on / 1 week off rota schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the children's day-to-day wellbeing, ensuring their routines run smoothly and providing a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment. Duties will include school runs, managing after-school activities, assisting with homework, arranging educational and fun outings, liaising with teachers where required, and supporting the children's social and emotional development.

The family is looking for a nanny who is highly organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and alongside other household staff. You will be energetic, hands-on, and genuinely enjoy building strong relationships with children while maintaining appropriate boundaries and structure. Flexibility, discretion, and professionalism are essential, as is the ability to adapt to the varying needs of a busy family lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have significant nanny experience, ideally within private households
• Have excellent experience caring for school-aged children
• Be warm, engaging, and passionate about child development
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Be confident managing busy schedules and multiple activities
• Be flexible and happy to travel with the family when required
• Hold an up-to-date DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Have excellent references
