About the role

LHH is looking for experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professionals in Inverness. You will join a new IAM capability as part of a service transition program, contributing from day one. The roles cover engineering, support, and service leadership, with emphasis on managing user lifecycle processes and supporting IAM technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills and experience in security-regulated environments. This position does not offer hybrid or remote work options.
