Job Title: Electrical orMechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Green Park, London Salary: £45,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, working on a high-end corporate office building in the Green Park area.

This is a site-based role, working within landlord areas of a modern multi-storey building, offering autonomy as the primary engineer on site, supported by a supervisor.

The Role: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.

Maintaining building services systems including HVAC, pumps and associated plant.

Supporting water systems maintenance including basic Legionella compliance and cooling towers.

Fault finding and diagnosing issues across mechanical and electrical systems.

Managing subcontractors, including reviewing RAMS and issuing permits to work.

Completing administrative duties including reports, compliance paperwork and client communication.

Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety and site procedures.

Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.

Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps and general plant.

Experience dealing with subcontractors and site compliance processes.
