Site Manager – Groundworks & RC Frame Location: Peckham, South London, SE15 5RS Job Type: Contract / Long-term Start: ASAP Lonsite are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a busy construction project in South London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of groundworks and reinforced concrete frame works, ensuring the programme, quality and health & safety requirements are maintained. Responsibilities: * Managing groundworks and RC frame activities on site * Coordinating subcontractors, operatives and site teams * Monitoring programme and daily progress * Ensuring works are completed safely and to specification * Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation * Liaising with engineers, project management and subcontractors * Carrying out site inspections and quality checks * Coordinating concrete pours, reinforcement, formwork and associated groundworks * Managing temporary works and sequencing of works * Attending site and progress meetings Requirements: * Strong previous experience as a Site Manager on groundworks and RC frame projects * Valid SMSTS * Valid CSCS * First Aid * Good understanding of RC frames, groundworks and temporary works * Strong health & safety knowledge * Able to manage subcontractors and site operatives * Able to provide recent working references To apply, contact Richard at Lonsite: (phone number removed) (phone number removed) Lonsite are acting as an Employment Business for this temporary role
