This role involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and fostering a safe, positive environment for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and a minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Manager. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum along with an attractive bonus scheme.
