Location: Runcorn
Working pattern: Full-Time, Permanent — Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm (40 hours per week)
About Us
We are a growing Distance Selling Pharmacy (DSP) based in Runcorn, providing safe, efficient, and patient-focused healthcare services across the UK. As part of our expanding weight loss service, we are looking for an organised Logistics Assistant to support the timely and accurate dispatch of patient medication and supplies.
The Role
The Clinic Logistics Assistant plays a key role in ensuring weight loss treatment orders are processed, packed, and dispatched efficiently. Working closely with the pharmacy, prescribing, and customer service teams, you will help maintain a smooth patient experience while meeting company procedures and quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Pack and prepare weight loss medication orders for dispatch
Ensure all shipments are accurately labelled and packaged in line with company procedures
Coordinate daily courier collections and monitor deliveries
Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries
Support stock control, including stock counts and inventory management
Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and inventory movements
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, delays, and tracking queries
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and packing environment
Liaise with pharmacy and customer service teams on order status
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health and safety requirements, and data protection regulations
What You'll Bring
Essential:
Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment operations
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work accurately under daily volume pressure
Good IT skills, including experience using inventory or order management systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet daily deadlines
Desirable:
Experience working within a healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environment
Knowledge of courier management and shipment tracking systems
Understanding of stock control and inventory processes
Experience supporting e-commerce or distance-selling operations
