The Role As a Lecturer in Plumbing and Gas, you will deliver high-quality, engaging teaching to Apprentices and learners, helping them build the practical and professional skills required to thrive in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to diverse learners Develop innovative schemes of work Use learner-centred teaching and assessment strategies Provide constructive feedback to support progress and independence Monitor attendance, progress, and achievement, intervening where needed Create a supportive and motivating learning environment Contribute to curriculum development aligned with industry needs Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge through CPDAbout You You are a passionate and committed Plumbing and Gas specialist who understands the transformative power of education and Apprenticeships.
