Stores Admin Assistant University Location: Glasgow Pay: £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm We are currently recruiting for a Stores Assistant to work within one of Glasgow's leading universities. This cover is a 1 week temporary cover, starting on Monday 14th September 2026, covering Monday - Friday. Key Responsibilities: Receiving, checking and storing deliveries Picking and distributing stock across the university Maintaining accurate stock records Keeping the stores organised and tidy Following health and safety procedures Supporting the wider team with general stores duties Ideal Candidate: Previous stores experience is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and well organised, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking to start or develop their career within a university environment.
