Your Impact
As a legal advisor for Service Provider accounts in the UKI region, you will provide mentorship on day-to-day operations and commercial engagements while partnering with management to interpret contractual provisions, offer risk assessments, and deliver solutions that support business objectives. You will draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements to ensure all terms align with corporate strategy and protect the interests of the organization. By integrating AI tools into your workflow, you will conduct legal research, streamline document reviews, and perform contract analysis with precision and speed. Additionally, you will coordinate the implementation of corporate legal policies to uphold standards of governance and compliance across regions. Finally, you will serve as a bridge between the legal department and internal team members, ensuring that legal processes remain scalable and adaptable to the evolving needs of the sales environment!
Minimum Qualifications
- Admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practicing certificate.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and corporate law, obtained at a top law firm or a multinational corporate legal department.
- Track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts independently.
- Proven experience and proficiency in using AI-powered legal technology tools for day-to-day tasks and legal operations.
- Demonstrated experience using legal technology or contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms to manage workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience negotiating technology or telecommunications service agreements.
- Knowledge of UK and EU data protection regulations, GDPR, and relevant security compliance frameworks.
- Ability to handle deadlines and maintain output in a corporate environment.
- Experience maintaining comprehensive contract documentation and audit trails to ensure regulatory readiness.
- Deep knowledge of applicable law, including local telecoms security regulations.
