Electrical Construction Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee electrical installation works on a major data centre project in Leeds.

Oversee day-to-day electrical construction activities on site.
Manage electrical subcontractors, supervisors and site teams.
Ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and project programmes.
Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, CSA and other trades.
Monitor progress, productivity and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality requirements.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
Identify and resolve technical issues, delays and construction challenges.
Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the project management team.

Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on large-scale construction projects.
Strong background in data centres or complex commercial/industrial developments.
Excellent knowledge of electrical installations, power distribution and building services.
Experience managing subcontractors, site teams and construction programmes.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant electrical or building services qualifications. xwzovoh
