Sewing Machinist Location: Huddersfield Duration: Temporary to permanent Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm (30 mins for lunch and 2 x 10mins breaks during the day) Pay: £12.71p/h Contract Type: Temporary, will lead to permanent role for right candidates after probation period Stafflex are looking for a Sewing machinist to join our client, a leading manufacturer of pre-school, nursery, and primary school educational products. The Job: As a Sewing Machinist, you will be a crucial part of manufacturing. You will use industrial sewing machines and overlockers to complete the tasks. The products you would be involved in making are (but are not limited to): Aprons Tabards Overalls Tablecloths Special Needs Soft Play Soft Furniture and Cushions Play mats Vinyl BackdropsExperience with industrial sewing machines and overlockers is desirable, but full training will be provided.
