Quantity SurveyorLocation: LondonEmployment Type: Long term ContractSector: Water Utilities / InfrastructureOur client is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working on major wastewater and water‑treatment infrastructure projects. You will take responsibility for the commercial management of key projects and work packages. Key Responsibilities• Deliver quantity surveying duties across project and work‑package management.• Work alongside design, construction, and supply‑chain teams to manage and control project costs.• Manage contract requirements, including issuing contractual notices and maintaining accurate project correspondence.• Prepare and manage subcontract documentation, payment applications, and subcontractor performance.• Produce detailed cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts.• Mentor junior commercial staff and contribute to positive internal and external stakeholder relationships. About You• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.• Experience within utilities, civil engineering, or MEICA environments is desirable.• Knowledge of NEC contracts, especially NEC4, is highly advantageous.• Chartered or working toward professional accreditation is preferred.If you’re seeking a role where you can shape commercial outcomes on impactful infrastructure projects while working with a respected client, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your surveying career.
