We are looking for a full-time Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bar, a strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a confident, outgoing personality. This person should be a natural leader with the ability to guide a shift while working collaboratively and support wider F&B team.

What are we looking for?
Previous bar or hospitality experience, with strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
High standards of cleanliness and organisation, ensuring the bar area is always prepared and fully stocked.
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and composure.
Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and busy service times.
