Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contract) – Outside IR35 Location: East Anglia / Norwich Region Contract Length: Initial 6 Months Rate: DOE Sector: Construction / Industrial JL Renewable Solutions are currently supporting a major contractor on the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large-scale warehouse construction project based across the East Anglia region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team delivering a significant industrial build project, with an immediate requirement for commercial support. Key Responsibilities: • Commercial management of construction and industrial build projects • Managing subcontractor accounts and valuations • Cost reporting and forecasting • Supporting senior leadership with commercial performance reporting • Managing change control, variations and contractual matters • Working closely with operational and project delivery teams Requirements: • Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level • Background within construction, industrial, infrastructure or related project environments • Strong commercial reporting and cost management experience • NEC contract experience beneficial • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment What’s on Offer: • Initial 6-month contract • Outside IR35 • Long-term project pipeline • Fast-moving interview process • Strong potential for contract extension For more information click apply now
