We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join my client's team delivering cutting-edge technology that transforms surgical environments. The successful candidate will lead and manage complex software and digital projects, supporting the evolution of live streaming and connected surgical room technologies into broader clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver digital software projects to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee project operations including scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking and reporting.
• Gather and manage project requirements to ensure alignment with business and stakeholder needs.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager within Software Development or Digital Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant Project Management certification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP) and experience in medical or healthcare technology is advantageous.
