The team is recognised for its client-focused approach and commitment to securing the best outcomes for individuals whose lives have been significantly impacted by serious injury. \n\n You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of high-value and sensitive matters, combining responsibility for your own caseload with the opportunity to support senior lawyers and Partners on complex multi-million-pound claims. \n\n The Role \n\n You’ll be joining a specialist Injury team based in Birmingham, working on a wide range of catastrophic injury matters. \n\n Your work will include assisting on complex claims involving serious orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and fatal accident cases, while also managing your own caseload of matters up to £100,000 in value. \n\n You’ll support senior lawyers and Partners on higher-value litigation, including cases exceeding £1 million, gaining exposure to all stages of the claims process. \n\n The role will involve maintaining regular client contact, progressing matters proactively, handling litigation and court deadlines, valuing quantum and supporting settlement negotiations. \n\n You’ll also work closely with rehabilitation providers and other professionals to ensure clients receive the support they need throughout the lifecycle of their claim. \n\n This role offers excellent long-term development opportunities within a friendly and collaborative team, alongside strong mentoring and genuine progression prospects. \n\n What they’re looking for \n\n \n\t Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in serious injury work \n\t Experience or strong interest in catastrophic injury litigation \n\t Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision \n\t Strong client care and communication skills \n\t Understanding of litigation procedures and court deadlines \n\t Proactive and organised approach to case management \n\t Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate and professional approach \n\t Commercial awareness and strong attention to detail \n\n\n What’s on offer \n\n \n\t High-quality catastrophic injury and fatal accident work \n\t Opportunity to assist on multi-million-pound claims \n\t Friendly, supportive and collaborative team environment \n\t Agile working arrangements with home working flexibility \n\t Strong training and development opportunities \n\t Bonus scheme and referral incentives \n\t Enhanced benefits package including additional wellbeing support \n\t Birmingham city centre office within a long-established specialist firm \n\n\n
