Hip Pop is an exciting and multi-award-winning challenger brand of soft drinks born in Manchester destined for the World.

Hip Pop exists to challenge the big pop brands with an alternative - a range of drinks with clean ingredient list that are better for you - made from real fruit, gut friendly live cultures and fibre.

Hip Pop drinks are low in calories and never made with sweeteners. Most importantly though, Hip Pop tastes great. It’s a proper good pop.

The brand’s attitude is refreshingly honest and light-hearted view of the world serving those who seek better, more wholesome life and good feeling that lasts by making better choices - products we consume, people we surround ourselves with and experiences we go though.

Our products include multi-award-winning soda, kombucha and CBD kombucha. Today, we are available for consumers nation-wide with distribution through national retailers such as Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose, Co-op, Morrisons, Booths and Bidfood, to name a few.

Hip Pop has experienced remarkable year-on-year growth since launching in 2019 and we’re based in the heart of Manchester city centre (Deansgate).

THE ROLE

As E-commerce Executive , you will:

· Focus on converting new customers through multiple channels

· Be involved with Marketing Campaigns to convert leads

· Drive results across Paid Social and Email

· Present campaign data to inform decisions

· Be on top of stock management

· Assist the Ecommerce Manager with day-to-day tasks

· Own your areas with confidence and drive real results

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Essential:

· 1-3 years of experience in Ecommerce

· You understand Ecommerce metrics (AOV, LTV, CVR)

· Commercial Acumen

· Analytical Skills

· Good Communication skills

· Get-stuff-done mindset

· Worked previously on online campaigns

· Passionate about health & wellness, food & drink & challenger brands

Bonus:

· Shopify experience

· Email Marketing experience

· Paid Search / Social experience

· Worked in a Challenger Brand

· Amazon Experience (Ads & Optimisations)

· You can design well on Canva

BASED

Ideally commutable to Manchester City Centre

For the right candidate remote with few days per month in Manchester will be considered.
