As you grow, you’ll take on your own accounts and help clients secure the right cover while building lasting relationships. Preparing client proposals, renewals, and policy docs. Communicating with clients and insurers by phone, email, and meetings. Help prepare and maintain accurate client records and documentation. Assist with market queries, data entry, and premium processing. Building your product knowledge and staying on top of market trends. Grow your expertise through hands-on learning and ongoing professional development Working towards professional qualifications with full training support. Detail-oriented and organised recent graduate or A-Level leaver. No prior insurance experience needed – full training will be provided. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new systems.
