The Role & Company We are working on a search for a Director of Learning & Development to lead the design and delivery of a global learning strategy. This role will play a key part in shaping how employees grow, lead, and thrive, ensuring that learning and development initiatives are aligned with business priorities and future capability needs. You will be responsible for auditing current programmes, identifying gaps, and creating a roadmap that supports leadership development, talent growth, and employee engagement across the globe. Lead the global L&D strategy and roadmap across leadership, management, and technical development.
