About the role
Overview
Hebrides Ensemble is one of the UK’s leading contemporary classical groups. We are seeking a Concerts & Projects Producer to play a central role in the planning and delivery of our programme.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating concerts, recordings and projects from initial planning through to delivery. Working closely with the Chief Executive and Artistic Director, you will combine strong project management, budgeting and logistics skills with artist liaison and production delivery to ensure work is realised to the highest standard.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in arts production or project management
- Strong organisational and financial management skills
- Experience working with artists and delivering live events
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of projects within a small, ambitious and artist-led organisation.
Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract type: Permanent, part time (3 days per week)
Location: Home‑based, with in‑person attendance required for rehearsals and performances (primarily in Edinburgh and across Scotland)
