M&A Integration & Separation – Director The M&A Integration Director will be a key member of the value creation team, driving integration and carve-out programs across the business. This individual will work with deal teams, management teams, and functional leaders to translate integration strategies that deliver measurable EBITDA growth, cost savings, and operational synergies. Lead day-one readiness, 100-day planning, and long-term integration & Separation programs. Establish and manage integration PMO governance, ensuring discipline and accountability. Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect value. Support board reporting with clear updates on progress, risks, and upside potential.
