Electrical Project ManagerLocation: Stevenage, London and Home-based (Hybrid)  Salary: £55,000–£65,000 Employment: Permanent The Company A growing small to medium-sized electrical contractor is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its team.The business specialises in commercial office fit-out projects, with around 90% of its work based in London and the remainder across the Home Counties. Projects typically range from £60,000 to £500,000 and run for approximately 8 to 20 weeks. The Role You will manage live electrical projects at different stages, from initial handover through to completion. You will take responsibility for programme, labour, materials, costs, client communication and site delivery. The role is hybrid, combining site visits, home working and a couple of days each month in the Stevenage office. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial electrical projects from start to finish. Oversee multiple live projects, potentially up to ten at a time. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and materials. Monitor programmes, budgets, variations and project performance. Attend site and client meetings. Carry out regular site visits across London and the Home Counties. Resolve programme, technical and commercial issues. Manage testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.The Candidate You will need: Experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Contracts Manager. A commercial electrical contracting background. Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects. Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects. Strong knowledge of labour, procurement, variations and project costs.
