LOCATION: London (hybrid)

SALARY: £52K - £59K



THE ROLE:

 

•

• Reviewing, drafting and advising on a variety of agreements.

\t

Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, legal risk, and best practice.

\t

Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual, legal, and operational risks.

\t

Lead on data protection and privacy matters.

\t

Provide legal advice on certain employment law matters.

\t

Advising generally on charity law and regulatory matters.

ABOUT YOU:

 

 

• 
  \t
• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1+ years PQE in commercial or contract law.

\t

Basic understanding or familiarity with Charity law and regulation.

\t

Ability to use own initiative and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.

\t

Excellent teamwork skills and ability.
