The Role

As a Sales Ambassador, you'll be the face of the store - welcoming customers, offering tailored advice, and closing sales. You'll take pride in creating an outstanding customer experience while achieving (and exceeding) sales targets.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations

• Drive sales across a wide range of home and lifestyle products

• Consistently achieve personal and team targets

• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

• Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard

• Proven sales experience within homeware, DIY, automotive, or other consultative retail sectors

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A natural ability to influence buying decisions and build rapport
