We are looking for two experienced Business Analysts to support a complex programme, working across business processes, requirements, stakeholders and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Model simple and complex business processes using appropriate business analysis techniques.

• Analyse existing processes to identify problems, gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Design, prioritise and support the implementation of business process improvements.

• Elicit, analyse, challenge and validate business and user requirements.

• Produce clear requirements documentation, including problem statements, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements.

• Manage requirements and maintain traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Facilitate requirements prioritisation and manage competing stakeholder priorities.

• Define problems, assess potential options and formulate evidence-based recommendations.

• Create business, process, system and data models.

• Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify gaps in functionality and user experience.

• Develop acceptance criteria and support testing activities.

• Review prototypes, test plans and test outcomes.

• Build effective stakeholder relationships and manage competing priorities.

• Present analysis and findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Share business analysis best practice and support the wider BA community.

Essential Experience

• Strong Business Analyst experience within complex programmes or organisations.

• Demonstrable experience modelling simple and complex business processes.

• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and management experience.

• Experience managing and prioritising requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing competing priorities and reaching consensus.

• Experience using business modelling and process analysis techniques.

• Ability to identify root causes, define problem statements and assess potential solutions.

• Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria and other requirements artefacts.

• Understanding of system and data modelling.

• Experience supporting testing and requirements validation.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
