Mechanical Maintenance Engineer White City, West London

- Up to £48,000 Per annum An exciting opportunity to work for a leading National FM service provider! My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned & reactive maintenance as part of an engineering team across a commercial estate consisting of 6 office buildings in White City.
The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the existing on-site engineering team, the successful candidate will be required to carry out mechanical maintenance duties to the following; Duties: Carry out all aspects of planned & reactive maintenance activities across mechanical plant and systems Commercial heating systems Carry out system fault-finding and diagnostics Liaise directly with the client's estates teams to ensure maintenance activities are aligned Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Water Treatment Plumbing
- Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Monitor the BMS systems xwzovoh Supervise contractors and assist with minor project works or installations Maintain clear documentation, logbooks, and records Hours of Work & Salary Up to £48,000 per annum Monday to Friday (40 Hour week) 07:00 16:00 / 09:00 18:00 25 Days Holiday Requirements Mechanical qualifications
