Plumbing Bias Fabric Maintenance Engineer (Level 2 Plumbing) Location: City of London Salary: £35,000 basic + overtime available The Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fabric Maintenance Engineer with a Level 2 qualification in Plumbing to join our growing team based in the City of London. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties * Perform basic plumbing tasks including repairs, maintenance, and minor installations * Undertake general fabric duties such as carpentry, painting & decorating, and minor building repairs * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards * Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure high levels of service delivery Requirements: * Level 2 qualification in Plumbing (essential) * Previous experience in a fabric or building maintenance role * Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer: * £35,000 base salary * Overtime opportunities available * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Ongoing training and development * Clear career progression opportunities * Additional company benefits About You: You’ll be a motivated and dependable individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
