About the role

Event Venue Finding Executive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus You identify, negotiate and secure venues that align with clients’ needs, from conferences and dinners to product launches and corporate gatherings. You’ll become a trusted advisor, offering creative venue solutions, managing proposals, and driving bookings across London and beyond. Lead end-to-end venue sourcing: from client brief and shortlist to proposal, negotiation, and contract handover Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of London’s venues, spaces and supplier network Produce creative venue comparisons, site visits, floorplans and cost analyses Maintain accurate records, update CRM pipelines, track KPIs and conversion metrics Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and venue teams to ensure seamless client experience Previous experience (1–3 years) in venue sourcing, event sales, or hospitality Strong research and commercial mindset Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple projects Proficient with CRM / event systems and Microsoft Office Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus Access to a portfolio of high-profile venues and creative briefs Opportunities for professional development and growth
