About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support individuals in their own homes across Brighton and the surrounding community. Duties include:
- Personal care delivered with dignity
- Preparing meals and supporting hydration
- Assisting with mobility
- Providing companionship
- Light household tasks
- Promoting independence wherever possible
Every visit makes a meaningful difference to someone’s day.

No previous care experience required — full training provided.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Full-time availability (including some evenings and weekends)
