A leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join its growing team.
Specializing in Design & Build commercial fit-out projects, the business delivers Mechanical & Electrical packages ranging from £1m to £15m across London. With a strong order book and an excellent reputation for quality, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a steady pipeline of prestigious projects.

The Role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of either multiple smaller projects or one larger contract, managing the mechanical package from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
• Deliver multiple smaller projects or one major project depending on project size
