An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established automotive retailer in Kidlington.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially focused individual to lead a busy aftersales operation, ensuring excellent customer service standards while driving department performance and profitability.
This role would suit a confident leader with a strong background in automotive aftersales management and a passion for developing teams and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the aftersales/service department
Drive departmental performance, profitability, and efficiency
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, or similar automotive leadership role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence preferred
