Oversee budgets, profitability and growth opportunities, supporting new business activity and contributing to the agency’s wider success. You’re already operating at (or ready to step up to) Senior Account Director level, with strong experience leading social and influencer campaigns within an agency environment. You’re confident leading end-to-end influencer and social programmes: strategy, creative briefing, talent management, paid support, reporting and optimisation. You bring a commercial mindset – comfortable managing budgets, identifying opportunities and driving client growth. You’re an inspiring client lead and team leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, creative environment.
