Freelance Construction Manager University Refurbishment Project – East London We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Manager for a £3.5m university refurbishment project in London, starting in May through to September. The project involves the conversion of part of an existing college building into a new computer lab room. The site is live and occupied, within a historic building environment, so previous experience in similar settings is essential. The role is working for a leading Design & Build Contractor in London.
