About the role
Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator with a passion for Golf to support a growing business in Basingstoke. This is a part time role starting off working 2 to 3 days a week.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
Answering incoming calls and managing the inbox
Carrying out data entry tasks on Salesforce
Ordering office and workshop supplies
Managing customer appointments
Provide excellent customer service
Liaising regularly with US team to chase and expediate orders, resolve delays ect
Maintain and update customer records
Produce reports and spreadsheets
Assist in the warehouse with light production duties
Maintain an organised and well stocked workshop environment
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience
Passion for Golf
Strong Microsoft Skills
Excellent time management and ability to hand a fast-paced workload
Excellent customer service experience
The Role:
£13.25 per hour
2 – 3 days per week (opportunity to increase in the future)
Ongoing temp to perm role
