Commutable from Birmingham, Solihull, Hollywood, Harborne, Meriden, Balsall Common, Stechford, Minworth, Castle Bromwich, Tyseley, Moseley and Rednal.
Duties
Programming, setting & operating Sliding Head CNC machines
Working from technical drawings to produce high-precision parts
Optimising cycle times and improving efficiency
Ensuring quality standards are consistently met (and exceeded)
Working with a driven, experienced engineering team
Requirements
Experience with Sliding Head CNC machines (Citizen, Star, or similar)
Programming skills preferable but will consider strong setting and operating, if you have the desire to move into programming
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Detail-focused with a commitment to quality
Problem-solver mindset
