Opportunity Overview The School of Arts, Media and Creative Technology is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Programme Assistant to join the Professional Services team.

This is a varied role for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who can manage competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented and flexible and confident in working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Prepare data for assessment board meetings.
Prioritise tasks effectively, and exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Utilise advanced IT skills, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, and ensure GDPR compliance Demonstrate strong customer focus and outstanding customer experience to students and staff.
Ensure smooth administration of programmes and support to academics.
About the School The School of Arts, Media & Creative Technology is one of the leading centres for practice-based education in the creative disciplines within the North West.
We offer research-informed specialist programmes which benefit from close relationships with the cultural industries.
The Schools teaching activities are organised into four Directorates, which currently total around 4,800 students.
The Schools portfolio brings together arts and humanities-based disciplines with a comprehensive range of subjects including Animation; Creative Writing; Fashion; Fine Art; Film Production; Journalism; Music; Performance; Photography; Politics; and TV and Radio.
