MID-WEIGHT 3D CREATIVE DESIGNER Location: John O’Gaunt, Leicestershire, LE14 2RE, UK Position Type: Full-Time Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) About the Company: Redd Retail Group, a family-run business with over two decades of experience, specialises in creating unique retail experiences globally. To support our continued growth and uphold our commitment to excellence, we are seeking talented individuals to join our creative team in the following position: About the Role: As a Mid-Level 3D Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of retail display solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver projects that reflect Redd Retail Group’s commitment to quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Create 3D renderings and presentations for new and unique retail display concepts. • Manage design projects from concept through to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Being familiar with materials, finishes and processes suitable for retail and POS. • Being confident and professional in liaising with clients and suppliers. • Work with clients to understand their brand and design requirements, providing creative solutions that meet objectives. • Work as part of the creative team, to develop new ideas in a collaborative environment. • Coordinate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of designs. • Research and implement new design trends, materials, and technologies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the industry Qualifications: • Educated to degree level with a design background. • Experience in 3D Studio Max and working in a studio environment is essential, with Blender and V-Ray being advantageous. • Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite applications particularly InDesign and Photoshop. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Proven ability to manage and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic studio. • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, and the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members. • A willingness to embrace AI technologies and utilise them where applicable. • A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D design projects, highlighting creativity and technical proficiency.
