As a family-owned business, we combine innovation, teamwork and a commitment to quality to keep our customers supplied and our operations running smoothly.We're looking for a Master Data Administrator to join our Customer Operations team and play a key role in supporting our business through accurate, efficient and timely master data management.What you'll be doingCreating and maintaining customer, product and pricing master data across multiple business systemsSupporting the setup and ongoing maintenance of customer accounts, materials and supplier informationManaging purchase order creation and administration for the Commercial functionMonitoring and resolving system errors to ensure orders, invoicing and data flows run smoothlySupporting product launches, business changes and continuous improvement projectsBuilding strong relationships across Commercial, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain and Customer Operations teamsActing as a subject matter expert for master data processes and supporting colleagues with system knowledge and best practiceEnsuring all activities are completed in line with agreed service levels and data governance standardsWhat we're looking forExperience in master data management, ideally within an FMCG or supply chain environmentStrong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with dataExcellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teamsA proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience of SAP, AS400 or Cognos would be beneficialUnderstanding of product supply chains and retailer requirements would be an advantageTeam player who takes ownership and has a right-first-time mindsetWhat you'll receiveAt Müller, we recognise the contribution our people make every day.
