Chef de Partie Exclusive Wedding Venue

we are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a stunning exclusive wedding venue based in Clitheroe.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a professional and supportive brigade, delivering exceptional food for exclusive weddings and private events. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences, preparing everything from elegant pre-wedding dining and beautifully presented wedding breakfasts to relaxed evening food, including freshly prepared pizzas and other evening offerings.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will help deliver seamless service while maintaining consistency, quality and attention to detail throughout each event.
