You will lead the architecture and design of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, playing a critical part in ensuring the solution supports all end-to-end business processes. Your contribution and leadership will enable the company to successfully transition from their legacy platforms to a modern ERP landscape.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work with stakeholders across the business to analyse, document, and improve business processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation
• Act as a key liaison between IT, business users, and external ERP implementation partners
• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and improvement to business systems
• Gather and document business requirements
• Participate in solution design workshops with internal teams and implementation partners
• Assist with process mapping, functional specifications and configuration documentation
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders

What You Will Have

• Educated to Degree Level in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or possessing equivalent professional experience.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Previous work in a manufacturing industry as a Business Analyst is highly desirable.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process maps.
• Experience managing mixed internal and external delivery teams.
