Join the team ensuring the highest level of security and trust worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for engineering delivery of a programme or multiple projectsSupport the Programme Management team in planning, scheduling, and optimising schedule logicIdentify and manage resource needs and adapt to manage resource problemsEnsure engineering artefacts are delivered to budget and schedule, aiming to improve marginArticulate, quantify, and manage technical risksMonitor and forecast costs to ensure projects remain on budgetCoordinate all engineering resources and perform day-to-day taskingProvide input for business and customer reporting, representing the company to stakeholdersManage security of information as defined in the Security ManualJob Requirements:Experience in systems engineering management or systems full lifecycle managementProficiency in systems design and systems engineering principlesStrong project management skillsAbility to innovate and propose improvements to increase project marginsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesUnderstanding of the defence and security sectorAbility to obtain and maintain the required security clearanceBenefits:Participation in an Annual Bonus SchemePrivate Medical Cover25 days' holiday (plus Bank Holidays) with the option to buy an extra 5 daysPension Contribution4 x Life Assurance CoverFlexible working hours with the opportunity for a 1pm finish on FridaysFlexible benefits including cycle to work scheme, will writing, and moreSecurity Clearance Allowance - subject to holding the required security clearanceIf you are an experienced engineering professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the defence and security sector, we would love to hear from you.
