Bodyshop Manager Overview

As Bodyshop Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of our Harrogate and Sheffield repair centres, ensuring outstanding operational, financial and customer service results.

• Leading, developing and motivating your teams to achieve their full potential
• Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction levels above manufacturer benchmarks
• Driving productivity, profitability and operational efficiency across both sites
• Managing costs effectively whilst maintaining high quality standards
• Ensuring manufacturer processes and standards are consistently achieved
• Creating and maintaining a safe, compliant and positive working environment
• Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where required
• Ensuring accurate customer data management and adherence to Group standards

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience managing a successful bodyshop or accident repair centre
• Proven record of delivering strong commercial results
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• The ability to inspire, coach and develop high‑performing teams
• Excellent financial and operational awareness
• Customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
• A drive to continuously improve performance and profitability
