Key responsibilities: Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards. Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive, client‑focused approach Ensuring consistently high standards of client service, communication and responsiveness Meeting personal and team billing, gross profit and cash‑recovery targets Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write‑off parameters Ensuring files are opened, progressed and managed in line with internal processes and any agreed SLAs Maintaining accurate client, matter and enquiry data and ensuring effective use of case management systems Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development Experience: Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years' experience You take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong client relationships. You are commercially aware, organised and comfortable working to targets. You are proactive, detail‑focused and committed to doing things properly.
