We are now seeking a Head of Governance to lead governance excellence, ensuring robust assurance, regulatory compliance, and effective Board decision-making.

This is a critical leadership role focused on governance and regulatory assurance across our Registered Providers. In this role, you will:
Shape the governance framework
Influence Board and Committee effectiveness
Ensure regulatory compliance and assurance
Drive a culture of integrity, transparency and accountability
What youll deliver
As Head of Governance, you will:
Lead and continuously enhance governance frameworks
Provide high-quality, strategic governance advice
Ensure full compliance with regulatory, statutory, and legal requirements
Oversee the effective operation of Board and Committee structures
Strengthen governance reporting, risk, and assurance processes
Support strong relationships with key stakeholders
Develop high-performing governance capability
What were looking for
We are seeking a credible, pragmatic governance leader with experience operating in a regulated housing environment .
You will bring:
Proven experience advising Boards within a Registered Provider or regulated setting
Strong understanding of social housing regulation and governance frameworks
Ability to influence, challenge and support at Board and Executive level
A down-to-earth, solutions-focused approach aligned to our values

Competitive salary - £72,964.36
Hours 36 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
