Salary: £51,620 – £65,907 per annum

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Onsite across multiple sites in Kent

Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to lead impactful energy efficiency projects across Kent? Join a dynamic team delivering cutting-edge solutions like EWI, Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps, and more. You’ll be at the forefront of sustainable construction, managing multiple live schemes valued between £0.5M–£7M.

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery—on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients including local authorities, housing associations, and commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site delivery across multiple energy efficiency schemes.
  • Manage internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015, PAS 2035, and MCS standards.
  • Develop and maintain Construction Phase Plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Monitor KPIs, drive quality through inspections, and manage improvement plans.
  • Report regularly to the Client & Contractor Manager.
  • Champion technical innovation and process improvements.
  • Ensure health & safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across E.ON and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven Site Management experience in construction/refurbishment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS training, and First Aid certificate (training available).
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015, PAS 2035 & PAS2030:2019.
  • Programming capabilities and full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in occupied properties.
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn and use management systems effectively.
