Working across the broad spectrum of Randstad Enterprise Solutions, the collective experience of the teams encompasses all facets of the global talent spectrum, from the acquisition of talent to skilling and coaching to outplacement solutions. Enabled by innovative technologies, key offerings include HR and recruitment solutions, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed services programs (MSP), statement of work (SOW), outplacement, skilling/coaching and total talent solutions. The purpose of the role is to elevate the brand positioning of Randstad Enterprise’s core services (including but not limited to RPO, MSP, Early Careers, Coaching and Ouplacement) for the external market. Defining the Value Proposition for each service and working with the creative team to develop the go to market concepts. This role will sit within an expanded remit of the Talent Marketing Creative team, reporting to the Global Head of Talent Marketing, reporting up to the Chief Growth Officer. Define and design the brand strategy for core Randstad Enterprise Services, determining the value propositions that will give Randstad clear stand out against competitors and ensure we have unique selling points for our services that will drive client growth Shape the bespoke client sales narrative for high value bids and support the development of broader go to market messaging that can help the Bids and Sales teams create high quality storytelling for all other bids and pitches. Experience of developing brand strategy from brief to concept to execution in a B2B environment Ideally, experience of delivering brand strategy in the recruitment space either as part of an employer brand, or brand marketing agency Excellent writing skills - not necessarily as a copywriter, but with the ability to write creatively and craft language into compelling narrative Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) and communication skills There will be multiple projects and opportunities that need to be delivered simultaneously, this role must be able to manage competing priorities and be well used to working to firm deadlines, often with tight turnaround We are an inclusive employer and should you require any reasonable adjustments in order to complete any aspect of the recruitment process, please contact the Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) team.
