We work across a wide range of vehicles, from everyday passenger cars to high-end performance and specialist vehicles. Our focus is on quality, efficiency, and delivering a premium customer experience.

We operate a fully digitised workflow using the TechMan Garage Management System, with tablet-based job management, vehicle health checks, and structured reporting processes. This creates a clear, organised working environment where technicians can focus on doing the job properly.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled *Vehicle Technician* to join our team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard across a wide range of vehicles.
* Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment and structured fault-finding processes.
* Complete digital job cards, inspections, and vehicle health checks using tablet-based systems.
* Accurately record findings, diagnostics, and work carried out within our TechMan workflow.
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within allocated timeframes.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
* Support team members and contribute to a positive workshop culture.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with modern diagnostic systems and repair procedures.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Full UK driving licence.
