ER SpecialistLondon | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home)We’re partnering with a leading Investment Management organisation to appoint an experienced ER Specialist into a newly created role during an exciting period of business transformation and modernisation.This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organisation that is evolving its People function and looking for a commercially minded Employee Relations professional to help drive positive change across the business.As the ER subject matter expert, you’ll manage a complex caseload, partner with leaders on sensitive people matters, provide expert employment law guidance, and help develop manager capability.
