Customer Service Executive Location: Yarnton Salary: £13-£14 per hour Hours: 37.5 per week Job Type: Temporary - Until end of 2026 We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a busy and friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants a varied role involving customer service, order management and internal coordination. The Role You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer orders are managed effectively from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Dealing with customers by phone, email and face-to-face Managing and monitoring customer orders Keeping customers updated on order progress and delivery dates Proactively communicating any delays to customers Handling general and order-specific enquiries Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met Coordinating with third-party suppliers and stakeholders Processing customer orders through the company system Preparing management reports Supporting the supply chain and dispatch process when required Looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in customer service, administration or a similar role Has excellent communication skills Is confident dealing with customers by phone and email Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks Has good attention to detail Can work well as part of a team Takes a proactive approach to solving problems Is comfortable working in a busy environment If you are looking for a varied customer service role with the opportunity to develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.
